FolkWords Writes
FolkWords is building information and researching views to write a book (and develop this web site) to discuss folk music (roots to branches) in the broadest sense (with no boundaries or restrictions) and examine the new, the old, the different and the wonderful in folk music.

FolkWords talks to musicians, bands, singers and songwriters (established and emerging) to listen to their views. Those who've said it all before (and want to say it again) and those with something new to say. Those who think they've created a new or different (or the same but slightly different) corner of the folk genre.

I'm interested in opinions from people at the centre, on the fringe of and the far, dark reaches of  folk music.
So don't restrain yourself. If you want to share and air your views, or you're passionate about folk music or if you've got something to say about it, then get in touch.

'FolkWords Writes': Here you'll find personal observations (and those of many other people) argument and debate, plus a selection of raw material for the book.
